Terms of Service

1. Operator

Pitchova is operated by PE KOTSIURUBA MAKSYM, a private entrepreneur registered in Ukraine.

By accessing or using Pitchova you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the service.

2. Description of the service

Pitchova is a browser extension and web application that assists freelancers in drafting job proposals. The service analyzes job descriptions from supported platforms and generates proposal drafts based on user-provided profiles, presets, and portfolio projects.

Pitchova does not guarantee job offers, client responses, or successful project outcomes. Users are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before submitting it.

3. Accounts

An account is required to use Pitchova. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Accounts are intended for use by a single individual. Sharing an account with other people or allowing multiple users to access the same account is not permitted.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or show signs of abusive usage.

4. Plans and billing

Pitchova offers both free and paid subscription plans. The free plan includes limited monthly usage. Paid plans provide additional features and higher limits as described on the pricing page.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for transactions related to Pitchova. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, tax collection, and payment processing on our behalf.

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Pricing may change in the future. If pricing changes affect existing subscriptions, users will be notified in advance.

5. Fair use

All plans are subject to reasonable usage limits to maintain system stability and prevent abuse. These limits may apply even to plans described as “unlimited”.

• Automated or scripted use of the service is not permitted.
• Accounts may not be shared between multiple individuals.
• Excessive usage may result in rate limiting or suspension.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Pitchova to:

• Generate spam, fraudulent, or misleading proposals
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Violate the terms of platforms where proposals are submitted
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service
• Resell or redistribute access to Pitchova

7. User content

You retain ownership of the content you provide to Pitchova, including profiles, project descriptions, and presets.

This information is processed only to provide the service, including generating proposal drafts. Some data may be sent to third-party AI providers solely for the purpose of generating content.

Pitchova does not claim ownership of generated proposals.

8. AI-generated content

Proposal drafts are generated using third-party artificial intelligence models. Generated content may contain inaccuracies or irrelevant information.

You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated proposals before submitting them.

9. Third-party services

Pitchova may interact with third-party services such as freelance platforms, AI providers, and payment processors.

We are not responsible for the policies, availability, or actions of these third-party services.

10. Service availability

Pitchova is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Features may be modified, added, or removed at any time.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of Pitchova will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service.

Total liability, if any, will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the three months preceding the claim.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine.
