Payment provider

All payments for Pitchova are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, sales tax, and refund processing on our behalf. When you see a charge on your statement, it will appear as a charge from Paddle.

Refund eligibility

Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of completing your transaction without giving any reason. You will receive a full refund unless, during that 14-day period, you started using or benefiting from the service and agreed during your purchase for us to make the service available before the end of that 14-day period.

Consumers in other jurisdictions may have different statutory rights. Please refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms for country-specific terms.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact Paddle directly through their support portal. Paddle, as the Merchant of Record, handles all refund requests and processing.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Card refunds typically take 3–5 business days. PayPal refunds typically appear within 48 hours. Exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

Consumer rights

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
